Horticulture Operative (Mushroom Cultivation) Full Time

Role & Responsibilities

·         Identify and harvest mushrooms according to size/class as instructed by the manager

·         Inspect, sort, and cleaned all collected mushrooms, carefully and properly.

·         Pack, arrange, and load all harvested products for delivery.

·         Use and maintained a variety of hand tools and farm machines.

·         Clean and sanitize the greenhouse area at the end of the day to ensure hygiene and optimal growth of mushrooms.

Qualification & Skills Required

·         Basic English language skills

·         Physically fit (standing and frequent bending)

·         Good attention to detail

·         Ability to work in a team environment

·         Preferably 1 year or more experience in mushroom picking or agricultural harvesting.

·         GCE Advanced Level or equivalent is a plus

Contract Duration:           2 years

Duty Hours:                        8-10 hours per day

Annual Leave:                    20 days per year
