Process Engineer Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop in depth understanding of all process equipment with manufacturing department.
• Responsible for manual and technical files for all production equipment.
• Develop PM program for all production equipment.
• Scheduling of PM program around production plans to optimize machine efficiency.
• Maintain records of all PMs on all production equipment.
• Automate process where deemed appropriate.
• Liaise with production staff to ensure production plan meets customer timelines.
• Liaise with production staff in relation to capacity planning for repairs and rework.
• Available to production staff to provide guidance/ direction in relation to interpretation of drawings, as required.
• Ensure compliance with integrated management system to ensure company.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as it applies to statutory equipment
• Ad hoc duties as may arise from time to time

Educational and Personal Capabilities:

• Electrical/ Electronic Engineer
• Ability to use in-house software systems for parts ordering and production planning
• Ability to co-ordinate department needs with purchasing, production and compliance
• Requirements as it pertains to production equipment.
• Ability to liaise with sub-contractors as required.

Contract duration: Minimum 2 years

Duty Hours (Per day and Per week) : 9hrs.
