Role & Responsibilities
· Cutting, trimming, and processing meat products such as poultry, beef, pork, fish, and other types of meat
· Prepare and package meat products for dispatch.
· Storing raw materials in refrigerated areas until they are needed for further processing.
· Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment.
· To guarantee that the workspace, including the machines, surfaces, refrigerators, etc., is thoroughly clean.
· To assist with any further necessary tasks.
Qualification & Skills Required
· GCE Advanced Level or equivalent.
· Proven experience (1 year) in a meat processing role or as a Butcher.
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Physically able to carry out the duties, e.g., heavy lifting.
· An effective listener who carries out instructions given by department.
· Any other relevant/suitable task as required.
Contract Duration: 2 years
Duty Hours: 8-10 hours per day
