Chef Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and design menus that align with the restaurant’s concept, customer preferences, and seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
• Manage and lead a team of cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP guidelines.
• Source and select high-quality ingredients, including fresh produce and other supplies.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor food costs and expenses, and implement strategies to minimize waste.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment in the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with the management team and suppliers.
• Prepare for and manage special events, parties, or catering orders as needed.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Proven work experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Creativity and ability to develop unique and appealing menus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
