Role & Responsibilities
· Liaising with clients to identify their needs.
· Estimating the costs and quantities of the materials, the labor costs, and the completion date of the project.
· Negotiating labor contracts and schedules.
· Advising clients and crew on legal matters and disputes.
· Monitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and material need, including any changes which may impact costs.
· Preparing labor and supplier accounts for payment.
Qualification & Skills Required
· As the job profile is closely related to the finance and construction field, candidates from the engineering or architecture discipline will have an added advantage.
· 2+ years of experience working in Construction firm.
· Proven experience of managing all projects from inception to completion.
· Ability to interpret, understand and organize construction and buildings plans and specifications.
· Exceptional numeracy & financial management skills.
· Up to date with current residential building regulations.
